Dubai Investments Park [DIP], the one-of-a-kind integrated commercial, industrial and residential community in the Middle East and wholly-owned by Dubai Investments PJSC [DI], has upgraded its smart, state-of-the-art Video Surveillance solution aimed at monitoring perimeter security and vehicle recognition within the community. 

The hi-tech Video Surveillance solution, developed by TechSource LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dubai Investments PJSC offering the complete portfolio of services in the IT domain, is currently operational in the residential areas in Green Community East Park locality within DIP.

As part of the upgraded system, a live feed of 40 High Definition cameras are providing accurate frame-by-frame recognition of the vehicle plate numbers at the entry and exit points of the industrial gates in East Park neighbourhood. The pilot project also involves installation of new cameras in next few months in other parts of DIP to enhance the monitoring zones.

TechSource is responsible for the complete, hi-tech multipoint wireless infrastructure for this video surveillance network, including providing the know-how. The Company has come up with an effective design, backed by reliable, easy-to-deploy and cost-effective technology in partnership with leading IT vendors, to manage the operations.
